Donald Irwin Bowman

Passed away peacefully at the Kiwanis Care Centre in New Westminster.

Don was predeceased by his wife Inga of 58 years, daughter Diane, son Deryl. He will be greatly missed by his son's Calvin (Kathy), Donny (Yvonne). Grandchildren Josh (Jessica), Duncan (Erin), Chelsea (Jamie), Ted (Breana) and Ross. Great Grandchildren Kayden, Elias, Aubree and Odin. Brother Robert (Songcha), sisters Lorraine and Shirley.

He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews, as Uncle Boo!

Don valued his many friendships in New Westminster, especially those from the West End and long time friend Anne McCutcheon.

Dad had a lot of friends and fond memories of all his years at the Royal City Curling Club. He was one of the original pioneers: a past president, manager, ice-man, bartender, etc.

A special thank you to all at the Kiwanis staff for not only their professionalism, but the true caring and the home-like setting they provided.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for Sunday, November 27, 2016 at

The Royal City Curling Club 1-3PM.
