Ian was born Thursday January 26 1984 in Winnipeg Manitoba to Jeannie Yeo and Donald Henry.
Ian worked as a motorcycle mechanic and construction electrician, taking great joy in jamming guitar with friends, the outdoors, motorcycles, and tinkering on innumerable mechanical projects over the years.
Ian Henry is lovingly remembered by his wife Marcie Ladubec, his parents Jeannie Yeo and Donald Henry, his siblings Kyle, Britt, and Sinead, nephews Silas, Jaxon, and Bodhi, and baby niece Evelyn.
Ian Henry will be remembered for always having a smile on his face and a joke on his lips. He was endlessly fun to be around, known for his delightful Tom Hanks-like laugh and incredible memory for music and movie quotes. There are not enough words to capture how special he was, or how unforgettable his legendary bear-hugs were. A truly beautiful human being, Ian had a genuine soul, a big heart, and a smile that never seemed to fade. He loved his wife with all his heart and will forever be missed.
