Always smiling, talented, kind and gentle in her demeanour. Very Hardworking and had a heart full of care and love for her children and others.

Mabel is just like  my own sister.  We were in business, close neighbours on Snal Street in Johannesburg , and together when we immigrated to canada together, living in Coquitlam, also very close by.  How coincidentally and meant to be.  We also had a wonderful time together at the Success Senior Club at Henderson Mall, which we had enjoyed so many outings and activities.  It will remain in good memories.  Mabel will be forever loved and remembered.  May she rest in peace.  My deepest sympathy and condolences to all her family.

Mrs Ching was an excellent, excellent wife and a very, very caring mother. I was treated as if her own daughter. I’m so grateful for enjoying her home made soup brought to my office, the tea time we had at their appointment together. Mr & Mrs Ching had  a passion for helping , supporting me succeed. This legacy will live on in my heart , Rest in peace beloved Ching.

Richard, my dear husband, was George,s best friend.  They went to Marist Bros and walked home together.  Steven, a great entrepreneur with a generous heart.  Gregory, successful, supportive and great friend to have. Patrick the scholar. Rose a beautiful gracious lady with a great heart.  Nancy, devout catholic, not know her too well.  Lastly Mabel, her late husband, Victor belonged to the Chinese camera club - often see him with the club members .  Sylvia Ching and family members attest to Mabels kindness and her soft nature .

Dear Maureen & Family
We send you our sincere condolences and prayers on the passing of your Mom. We initially met both your parents in South Africa in the mid 1980’s whereby they become very good and close friends with our parents (who sadly have also passed on). Auntie Mabel was a kind, patient, softly spoken woman with a great sense of humour and a gracious smile. She was a great baker and we were recipients of her delicious chiffon cake countless times.  We pray for the family that God will provide strength, courage, comfort & love for your loss during this very sad time. Rest in peace Auntie Mabel.
