Charles "Coy" Jamieson, a devoted and hard-working man, passed away unexpectedly, on August 10, 2025, at the age of 69. Born on April 13, 1956, to the late Wallingford "Red" and Dorothy Jamieson. Coy was a resident of Chenango Bridge, New York. He was also predeceased by his sister Sandra Mead, brother Rick Hoelle and his brother-in-law Robert McCormick.
Coy worked for the Sheltered Workshop for many years before retiring from Dovertron as an electrical engineer. After retirement, he continued to contribute by delivering parts. Coy had an exceptional ability to fix anything and was someone who knew people wherever he went.
Coy was extremely proud of his family. He loved his daughters, Candace Jamieson (Tommy Hayward) and Theresa Pintler, and cherished his grandchildren, Chase, Seth, Layla, Brandon, and Brock. He is also survived by his sisters, Donna Church and Linda McCormick, his brother, Neal Jamieson, and his beloved cat, Carter. Coy's extended family includes several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends, including Jim Garvey.
