David P. Blake

He is survived by his friend and caretaker John Colley and his children whom he considered his own, Clinton & Kristine, their children, Kris, Megan, Alexia & Jaidyn. Audra & Kraig, their children Storm, Hunter, & Forrest. Jared & Kelly, their children Jace & Caden. Dear friends Gail & Lynn Kinch. Along with his other caregiver and friend Dave Nedza and his son Kaiden.

He was a member of the Conklin Presbyterian Church. He was the retired Executive Director of the NYS Movers Assn. He made and sold Stitchery and Rug hooking pieces along with writing 2 instructional books about it. David loved his 2 parrots Al & Lucy. He also enjoyed traveling, gardening and spending time at his cottage on the lake.

A Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2025, 11AM at the Conklin Presbyterian Church, 1175 Conklin Rd, Conklin NY, with a meal to follow. Calling hours will be from 10AM until the time of service. If you would like to make a donation, please do so to the Conklin Presbyterian Church.
