Dillon Patrick Henehan

Dillon Patrick, was born on 11/15/15 at 9:46pm in Syracuse, NY and passed away on 12/4/15 at 1:36am in his mothers arms at Strong Memorial hospital in Rochester, NY. Born with a heart defect, Dillon had many battles ahead of him. Although his condition was operable, it was a large procedure for such a small boy. His procedure and the days afterward were full of ups and downs. He was a very strong fighter for his age and size. Unfortunately, Dillon was called to Jesus before we all wanted. Dillon is the son of Ryan and Megan Henehan of Windsor. He is the answer to their prayers and they awaited his birth with joyful expectation. During his brief visit on earth, Dillon enjoyed listening to Celtic lullabies and multiple children's books read by his parents and his Nana, as well as being held close by his mother and father. He was instantly loved and praised by all; he will be greatly missed. Dillon is survived by so many that love him. A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday December 10, at 11am at Wm. R. Chase and Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St., Binghamton, NY 13901. Family will receive friends from 10am until time of service at the funeral home, followed by a burial at Port Crane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Dillon's name to the Ronald McDonald charities or Mended Little Hearts organization.
