Duane A. Palmer

Duane A. Palmer, went to be with the Lord on December 5, 2023. He was predeceased by his parents Ward and Betty Palmer, son Kim Bouren, and sister-in-law Janet Budine. Duane is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Joan Palmer, children Tim (Ann) Bouren, daughter Tammy Jablonsky, grandsons; Tim Jr., Matthew (Stacy), Andrew (Rowan), and Joshua, great grandchildren; Jackson, Liliana, Dominic, Gabriella, and Charlotte. Duane retired from Binghamton Psychiatric Center and was an active member of Chenango Bridge United Methodist Church and choir, also Kattelville Seniors. Duane had many friends, no one was a stranger to him. He enjoyed camping, fishing, baseball and music, especially karaoke. He enjoyed the special time he spent with his grandchildren. The family wishes to thank Bridgewater Dialysis Center, Diabetic Care Associates, BGH Palliative Care, and Syracuse Vascular Dept.. The family will receive friends at the Chenango Bridge United Methodist Church 740 River Rd on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 10am -11am with funeral service to follow at 11am. Burial will be at Chenango Valley Cemetery immediately following the service. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Chenango Bridge United Methodist Church
