He is survived by his loving wife Florence Thiele; daughters AnnaMarie (Jeff) Marsha and Erica Thiele; 4 step children whom he considered his own especially Michael (Macy) Casterlin; 8 grandchildren; sister Katherine (Cyril), sister-in-law Gloria Bishop & Marilyn Gale; brother-in-law Paul Bishop and his best friend Brian Oshaughnessy.
Edward was a United States Navy Sea Bee Veteran. He was a member of the Local 112 Union, Binghamton, NY. He was known to be quite the storyteller who was able to make friends with everyone, as he never met a stranger. He could often be seen in his red truck waving to neighbors as they drove by. He will be dearly missed by many.
A Private Celebration of Eddie’s Life will be held at the convenience of the family.
