Judith E Blair

Judith E. (Parsons) Blair, 83, of Cleveland, NY formerly of Binghamton, NY, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024. She was born on September 5, 1940 to the late Laurence & Lillian Parsons. She is predeceased by her husband Morris “Moe” Blair.

She is survived by her son Morris Christopher & Patricia Blair, son Daniel & David Clink and daughter Sheri & Michael Ziemann; grandchildren Danielle Blair, Dustin Blair, Kendra Ziemann and Aaron Ziemann; sister-in-law Bonnie Blair and many nieces, nephews and special friends.

Judith graduated from Binghamton North High in 1959. She was an employee of Bell Telephone in Binghamton, NY for many years. She also worked at The Community Knit Shop where she enjoyed teaching knitting classes. She enjoyed her home away from home at Oneida Lake. Judith was a very loving and caring mother and grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Friends may call at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson on Thursday, January 11, 2024 from 10-11am with a Memorial Service to follow at 11am. Burial will be in the Maple Grove Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
