She is survived by her sons Jake (Paula) and Tom (Maria). Her grandchildren Tom (Heather), Angela, Ryan (Lisa) and Michelle (Sal) and several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, her caregiver Tammy who became her best friend.
Judy was employed by the EH Titchner Co. for over 40 years until her retirement. She was a proud member of the Binghamton Eagles Club.
Graveside services will be private.
The family will receive friends for a celebration of Judy's life at the Binghamton Eagles Club on Sunday, September 17th from 2-4.
