i understand the words 'im sorry' does not take the pain away..i dont even know if there is anything that can be said when such a well loved, hard working man loses his life in such a tragic way. i have never met mario, but thru his family who are my close friends, i always had a sense of what a great great person, and how his family was the very center of his world. it is true, god did gain a pure spirit who will forever serve in his name to watch over his family and keep them safe. my deepest, heartfelt sympathy to everyone touched by his passing.

I did not know Mario. But as a Powers RD resident, I am sure we passed eachother in the Weis or at the gas station on Burr Ave. I have some 20 years on him and cant imagine what it would be like to have life cut short at his age. Like many of the others who have posted here that did not know him, I do feel the pain and loss and wish nothing but the best for the family and friends of Mario....RIP

I want them both to know that I am very sorry for their loss. Though I never met Mario I feel like I knew him as he was very good friends with my Niece Emily and I knew his Father, Uncle Mario and Grandfather who he was named after.
