Olga “Sue" Read, 84 of Port Dickinson, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, January 6, 2024. She was predeceased by her husband Charles Read, parents John & Suzanna Stelmak and her three brothers George, Nicholas and John.She was also predeceased by her sister and brother in-law Mel and Ray Hover.
She is survived by her son John & Patricia Read and daughters Stephanie & Jason Boland, Susan Read & James Gehm, Laura Read & Brett Flood and Anne & Joseph Hall; grandchildren Clayton, Connor, Michael, Ashley, Gabrielle, Nate, Alexis, Nicholas, Amanda, Faith, Joshua & Jacob; four great grandchildren; brother-in-law Leonard & Phyllis Read , and several nieces and nephews.
Olga took care of her ill mother at an early age. She continued that love and dedication with her children and grandchildren.She was a long time employee of Lourdes Hospital and took great pride with her home that was always in pristine shape inside and out.
A Celebration of Olga’s life will be held at the convenience of the family.
