Endicott: Penny L. (Kirkpatrick) Mangan of Endicott, 61, went to be with the Lord on Monday, October 15, 2012 from her home surounded by her loving family. Penny is survived by her husband, Anthony "Tony" Mangan; sons, Jim and Melissa Clapper and Philip Clapper; daughters, Lyndia Clapper and her boyfriend, Kevin, and Donna and James Millard; also several brothers and sisters; 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; plus many nieces, nephews and cousins. A Funeral service will be held on Friday, October 19, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango St., Port Dickinson, NY 13901. Family and friends may stop at the funeral home on Friday, October 19, 2012 from 1:00-2:00 PM.
