Phyllis M. Testani

Phyllis B. Testani 88, passed away peacefully on Friday August 16 at her home surrounded by the love of her family. She was predeceased by her devoted husband of 61 years, Rocco J. Testani Sr., her beloved parents, Angelo Barber and Nancy and Victor Mazzeo; sister Phil Terwilliger and brother James Barber. She is survived by her loving children Nancy Testani, Skaneateles, Joe and Sue Testani, Louise and Rick Callahan, Rocco Jr. and Penny Testani, all of Binghamton. She is also survived by her grandchildren who were the light of her life, Joe and Jesse Testani, Tennille and Marco DeVincentiis, Colleen and Doug Squire, Caitlin and Julie Callahan, Amanda, Victoria, Jessica and Rocco Testani III. Five great grandchildren; Joey, Dominic and Dana Testani, Matteo and Pia DeVincentiis; her sister-in-law Cathy Barber and her dedicated best friend Rose Serafini; as well as many caring nieces and nephews. Phyllis was a wonderful wife, daughter, sister and friend who deeply loved all those she shared her life with. She was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church. The family would like to thank Phyllis's loving and compassionate caregivers who allowed her to remain in her home through their extraordinary care; Lisa, Roxanne, Jean, Donna, Carole, Cindy and Penny. We are forever grateful. We will love you forever Mom and we will miss you so much but take comfort that you are now reunited with Dad. Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass to be offered Tuesday, August 20, 2013 at 10:00 AM in St. Francis of Assisi Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. Calling hours will be in St. Francis of Assisi Church Monday, August 19, 2013 from 4 – 7 PM.
