Port Crane: Rodney C. Heath passed away on June 15, 2011 after a short illness. Rodney was the son of Lelia and Royce Heath. He was predeceased by his loving wife of 55 years, Mary Heath and a grandson, Matthew. Rodney is survived by his mother, Lelia Wright whom he dearly loved; his children, Inez (Kim) Heath, Royce (Beth) Heath, Karen (Mike) Titus, Rebecca (Rob) Nazario; nine grandchildren; one great grandchild; siblings, Dennis (Bev) Heath, Larry (Cheryl) Heath, Gladys (Bob) Gould; in-laws, Ann Tesar, Calista (Ed) Dibble, George (Paula) Gifford. Rodney was a kind and generous man who was adored by his loving family and friends. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 18, 2011 at 3:00 pm at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until the time of service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Living Hope Alliance Church or to Lourdes Hospice, 4102 Old Vestal Road, Vestal, NY 13850.
