Ryan Served 4 years in the United States Marine Corps, reaching the Rank of Sergeant, he was very proud to be a Marine and we were proud of him. He was stationed in Okinawa, Japan and San Diego, California. He would often talk about his travels and many experiences while serving his country. He was honorably discharged after completing his full term of Service. He was working on finishing his credits for his College Degree in Kinesiology at the time of his passing. Ryan had a way to light up every room he was in. He could relate the young children that he would meet so easily. He could be comfortable playing with them and making them laugh like being on the floor making truck noises while playing with his little nephew Gus who enjoyed his time he had with him. Many of the children who loved him would have nick names for him like Gus calling out Uncle Rhino whenever he would see him, He will be forever missed. Our hearts are broken; He left us way to young. The family would like to thank all those who have reached out to us to help during this difficult time.
A Private Funeral Service will be held at the Wm. R. Chase & Son Funeral Home, 737 Chenango Street, Port Dickinson with a burial to follow in the Chenango Valley Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
