Suzanne C. Bahr "Suzie", born on October 3, 1943, passed away on January 22, 2026, at the age of 82 surrounded by loved ones. She was predeceased by her parents, Laurence and Madeline Draper, both of Elmira, NY; and her husband of 50 years, Daniel R. Bahr, who passed away in 2019. She is survived by her daughter, Christine Bahr (Frederick Xlander); her son, Mathew S. Bahr, Sr.; her grandchildren, Mathew S. Bahr, Jr. (Angelina Howard), Zachary J. Bahr (Hannah Ludolph Bahr) and Allyson L. Bahr; her great-grandson, Damon Jasper Bahr; and special lifelong friends, Judy and Bill Clark of Elmira, NY.
Family meant everything to Suzanne, and she was the family rock. Known for her strong character, selflessness, gracefulness, kindness, and total dedication to her family, her legacy and impact on her family will forever live on.
A celebration of Suzanne's life will be held later at a time to be announced.
