I was so sadenned to read about this wonderful mans passing.  He was my neighbor for many years.  He ALWAYS had a smile on his face; he would wave to everyone that he saw.  I will never forget the visits that we had and the stories that he told.  He will never be forgotten!

I worked with Rev. Taylor in Family Court.  He had the most warm, calming, and caring personality.  He touched many lives as I watched him help people who were going through tough times.  It is seldom that we meet a person as special as he was and he will be deeply missed.

I had the honor of knowing Rev Taylor through the Court System as an ADA. He help all of us in the DA's Office when he was a Court Officer. When I became a Judge he gave the benediction at my swearing in ceremony. He was a kind soul and a great man and he will be greatly missed. My prayers are with you as you grieve the loss of your father and uncle. He is Home now enjoying his reward and God is saying "Well done my good and faithful servant"

RT will be missed so much he was a wonderful man. We talk about Okinawa alot when he was there and when I was there. I would see him at school and at the Weis market RIP RT I will miss you.

I've known Tim and his family since before even I can remember. I used to babysit for Teddy. As the years passed I came to realize what an amazing man Tim was. It's not an understatement to say that if you met him you made a friend. He was there for the community for as long as I can remember. He will be missed more than words can say.

Your father was the most wonderful man. I met him almost 20 years ago and from the first time we spoke to each other I could tell of his love for God and his family. We fondly remember Reverend Taylor,, we had the pleasure of working with him @ The Binghamton Police Department , and he was involved in our life in every way .. he did my brother's funeral in 2009..

Teddy and Family,My condolences at this difficult time.Our friendship and that of our families go back as far as I can remember.While visiting home in June I had the opportunity to sit and speak with your father.As usual his smile and laugh lit up the room and reminded me of how he would walk through town and hear shouts and horns blowing as others acknowledged him.He has touched and helped the lives of many in our community and will be remembered with great respect.The (Rev) has earned a seat at the table with your Mom by his side.May they both rest in peace.

I am saddened to learn of Tim's passing.  He kept me laughing during his years in Family Court.  He was a kind heart to all, spoke fondly of his family and dearly missed his wife on her passing.  My prayers are with him.

Every time I came in contact with Rev Taylor I was amazed at just how much God shined through him.  Most of my meetings with him were for funerals and I always left that funeral feeling better because Rev Taylor delivered the message.  I know that God's angels met him with open arms.  Love and prayers to all of his family left behind here on this earth.

What a great guy Rev. Taylor was.  He married my husband and I in 1995.He loved everyone. We will miss him. He is in a beautiful place right now looking down on all of us and smiling. He will not be forgotten.

We were sorry to hear of Rev. Tim passing on but what smiles he will bring to others in heaven!!  He introduced my husband and I years ago and we have been happily married many years due to his matchmaking skills.  He radiated sweetness and was always looking out for the happiness of others. My heart was broken this morning when I read of Rev. Taylor's passing.  He was my neighbor and friend and "Mayor" of our little neighborhood on the Court, until he moved to the Senior Living Center up above us.  The last time I visited him, his neice was there and said he was resting.  I had no idea he was living at Bridgewater.  I will always remember his beautiful smile and soul - he was one of a kind, he knew everyone and if you knew him, you loved him!  He will be missed by so many.  Rest in peace, Reverand.  Love you,

I am sorry to hear of Rev. Taylor's passing. I first met him at Fowler Dept. Store and was immediately impressed by the man. He had impeccable character and was a very positive influence on me. I continued my association with him during my years at Binghamton PD and my respect for him grew only deeper. He truly was a great man.

I worked with "RT" in Family Court. I never met a nicer, more caring man. He had a way of putting people at ease when they were dealing with problems. The court employees loved him. May he rest in peace with his beloved wife.

Reverend Taylor did many "ride-alongs" with me on patrol.  He was very proud of his family and spoke of them often.  His company was always welcomed and he was respected by the entire department.
