Born on February 24, 1930, in Brooklyn, New York, Angela lived a life centered on faith, family, creativity, and love. She was the beloved wife of the late John J. Caesar, with whom she shared 51 wonderful years of marriage. Together they created a lifetime of cherished memories, especially during their European vacations, lively Halloween parties, and the many dinner gatherings and card parties they hosted for family and friends.
Angela was the devoted mother of Margaret Caesar (Dee), Patty Gatta (Michael), Susan McCarthy (Kevin), and Dr. John Caesar (Lisa). She was the proud and cherished grandmother of Connor, Daniel, Casey, Sean (Megan), Colin, Jason, and Nikki, all of whom brought her immeasurable joy.
A gifted homemaker and artist, Angela was known for her remarkable creativity and endless talents. She was a fantastic Italian cook who loved preparing meals for family and friends, and her homemade focaccia bread became a favorite that everyone eagerly anticipated. Cooking brought her great joy, and the sounds of Andrea Bocelli often filled her kitchen as she prepared the Italian dishes she loved so much. In her final days, her family played his music at her bedside, bringing her comfort and surrounding her with melodies that had long been part of her life.
Angela found great happiness expressing herself through painting and was an accomplished seamstress, crocheter, quilter, and ceramic artist. Whether she was creating beautiful works of art or sewing something special for a loved one, she poured her heart into everything she made.
Known affectionately as the family's "project mom," Angela enthusiastically helped each of her children with countless school projects, always finding imaginative ways to bring their ideas to life. Her creativity was matched only by her wonderful sense of humor, generous spirit, and unwavering devotion to her family. She had an infectious laugh that brought joy to those around her and will be fondly remembered by all who heard it. She was an extraordinary mother, grandmother, and friend whose greatest joy came from spending time with those she loved most.
Angela leaves behind a legacy of kindness, laughter, creativity, and unconditional love. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her, but her memory will live on in the traditions she created, the talents she shared, and the love she gave so freely.
