Carole Ann Ferretti

Born on May 2, 1938, in Queens, New York, Carole lived a life devoted to her family, whom she cherished above all else. She was the beloved wife of 47 years to her late husband, Armando, with whom she shared a lifetime of love, partnership, and treasured memories.

Carole was a loving and devoted mother to Caryn Lennon, Pam Ferretti (fiancé James Sweeney), and Denise Sprouse. She was a cherished grandmother to Samantha, Nicholas, Kyle, Kevin, Dylan, Eren, and Jackson, and an adored great-grandmother (“GG”) to Aiden and Lorenzo. Nothing brought her greater joy than being surrounded by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Her family was her heart and her greatest accomplishment.

Family traditions meant everything to Carole. She loved to cook and took immense pride in hosting gatherings in her home, especially during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Her kitchen was always filled with warmth, delicious aromas, and the sound of laughter. She created countless memories around her table that will be treasured for generations.

Carole enjoyed the comfort of her home and the simple pleasures in life. She loved reading, watching the Olympics and tennis on television and was a devoted animal lover. Her beloved cats, Missy and Bug, who predeceased her, held a special place in her heart, as do her current feline companions, Homer, Charlie, and Ebony.

Carole will be remembered for her warmth, her strength, her devotion to family, and the love she gave so freely. Her legacy lives on in the traditions she created and the deep bonds she nurtured.

A visitation for Carole will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2026, from 3:00–5:00 PM and 7:00–9:00 PM at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. Prayer service Wednesday at 11 AM at the funeral home, followed by interment at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Boulevard, Calverton, NY 11933.

She will be deeply missed and forever loved.
