Chris was on the floor at Mather the morning my father unexpectedly passed away. We were not there. Chris did what he could to save him. That evening Chris came to our home to explain what had happened and to comfort us. It's an act of kindness we never forget.
I always felt that I was bragging when I would tell anyone that Chis was my friend. Many of us will miss him.

Chris was a good friend. We played golf and he trusted my guidance on new equipment and then he bested me regularly...oh,well. We went to lunch often and laughed together and talked about family and friends and sports - he was really happy about Steven Matz progressing to the Mets. Email from CJB was always funny and frolicsome.... Chris was my friend. Lindsay and his family will grieve him...I will miss him, too. God bless. Ray Foster

Lindsay--Please accept our sincere condolences on the loss of such a fine man. He was a good friend and a great surgeon. Many years ago he helped my daughter avoid surgery by stepping in and solving a problem she had. He will be sorely missed.
