KRISTIANSEN - Elsa, Marie "Ellie", 89, a 65 year resident of Port Jefferson Station, passed away peacefully on February 4, 2025. Preceded in death by William Kristiansen, her beloved husband of 61 years, she is survived by her two children: William Kristiansen and Kari Kristiansen. Born in Queens, NY, she worked for the United States Steel Corp. in the 1950's before moving to LI to raise her family. She was later employed by Norwood Elementary School and Brookhaven National Laboratory.
A visitation will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, located at 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776, on February 9, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. A prayer service in Spanish will take place at the same venue on February 9, 2025, at 3:00 pm. An additional prayer service is scheduled for February 10, 2025, at 10 AM. Interment to follow at Calverton National Cemetery, 210 Princeton Blvd., Calverton, NY 11933.
