Jeffrey Nicholas Demonte, 51, of Port Jefferson Station, NY on November 13, 2013. Devoted father of Devin. Cherished son of Theresa and the late Nicholas. Beloved brother of Denise DeMonte (Jim Tivers), Paul DeMonte (Audra), and Jennifer Colon (Angel). A Memorial Mass was held 11 am Monday, November 18th at St. Gerard’s R.C. Church in Port Jefferson Station, NY.
