Mom today is one week at 315pm that you left to be in peace.  You know I was there with you at 315pm today as I always will be.  I want you to know that I miss you so much but I know that you are always with me and will give me the same strength that you have always given me.  I do know that.   In fact, I am even stronger.  I am a rock!   I remember you telling me when I worried go to sleep and worry about it tommorrow.  It will still be there.  There are so many things you have taught me about life and I want to thank you for that.  I think I am a very lucky daughter to have had such a wonderful mother. Yesterday, May 18th I happened to search the obituaries looking for my relatives who may have passed. On an intuition, I decided to look for Lorraine Fedison, and to my shock a result actually appeared. I could not believe what I was reading, this couldn't be true. The woman who I would say is the strongest person in the world. You never saw her in a bad mood, always laughing and making jokes. She was truly a diamond that shined. We could all learn something from the way Lorraine lived her life. I called Lorraine my granny, the granny I always wanted. We would talk on the phone for hours. We would have so much fun laughing and the time would just fly by. Always at the end of our conversations I would say You know Lorraine, I love you and she would always reply with I love you too. Lorraine always seemed to make something good out of bad situations. She was always full of life and never let anything get her down. She would always say you need to be a fighter, you need to make your mind strong. She also said don't worry about everybody, worry about yourself. I didn't realize at the time how important and true those words were. Had I taken her advice, I would have enjoyed a much better life.. I love you my Granny, I will never forget our conversations that we had together and the times we enjoyed. I will always treasure you in my heart. I can't believe you're gone. I love you, never forget that.

Lorraine you came into my life when I was about 15 or 16 years old. you treated me as a son, you were and always  will be a second mother to me. I remember when I worked at the Finest supermarket and you would always walk dinner over to me and of course it was mostly Polish dishes stuffed cabbage, pierogies, and my favorite, kielbasa. You are also the reason I like my coffee so strong, but I could never make the MUD you made! I still can't figure out how spoons would stand inside the cup of coffee you made. You always did things your way. you took no crap from no one you were one of a kind and will be truly missed. don't think I ever thanked you for being a wonderful grandmother to my boys...so thank you!!!!!!

Miss you Nan. Thanks for being one of the most significant people in my life.  You gave me the most memorable childhoods and adult hoods someone could have.  C'mon Nan, Artist Lake and Farview......Lacrosse games......Fighting  around with all my friends....You are Notorious.  You took being a grandparent to a new level. I remember everything. You were involved in every minute of it.  You were always there for me. You lived long and strong. Nan.... Where do I start? You taught me what it was to be a man. Some people have grandparents, but I was lucky enough to have you! I always had two mothers growing up, to take care of me, and I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. I always admired you, everything about you. From how strong of a person you were, to never letting anything bother you. You were always so happy and full of life, no matter what was happening around you. I hated to see you suffer, and I know you are in a good place now, watching over us.  YOU are my guardian angel, you were on this earth, and I know you will forever be watching over me from up in heaven. I told u I loved you and appreciated all the things you have ever done for me, I want you to know that I will never forget about you, and never stop loving you! Nanny...to say your name brings tears to  our eyes! Its heartbreaking knowing you are gone. We will smile remembering your no nonsense personality, great sense of humor and the many walks up 14th street. Walking up 14th street with people yelling your name was like walking with the mayor of NYC! You were a force to be reckoned with. You didn't give a damn. You let nothing stop you. You kept it moving and did it your way. Its too hard to accept...but you are now with God. God bless you our love! You will forever be in our hearts! We love you so much Nan!!
