

Margie Quinones, a cherished resident of Port Jefferson Station, New York, passed away on January 30, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on June 23, 1943 in Ensenada, Puerto Rico, and was a talented hairdresser by trade.
Margie was a vibrant woman who loved to dance, cook, and shop—especially at Kohl's. Her passion for life and joy for simple pleasures touched everyone she met. Above all, Margie was deeply devoted to her faith and the fellowship of her brothers and sisters at the North Coram Congregation of Jehovah's Witnesses.
One of Margie’s greatest passions was Korean drama movies, a love she shared with friends and family alike. Whether she was binge-watching her favorite series or discussing the latest plot twists with loved ones, Margie’s enthusiasm for these films was contagious. Her appreciation for the art of storytelling and emotional depth in Korean dramas added a special layer to her personality, and she will be fondly remembered for these moments of joy.
She is survived by her children, Nicolette (Alan), Joshua (Zahirias), Celeste (Ronald), Vanessa (Nelson), and Danielle (Joe). Margie was a cherished grandmother to Sabrina, Steven, Monique, Tiffany, Ronald, Riley, Trevor, and Joshua. She was also a devoted great-grandmother to Kamara, Kamaiya, Isaac, Sophia, Jayden, Julian, Layla, Farrah, and Xavier.
Margie was the beloved sister of Circe, Ferdinand, Nicholas, Adan, and Aldo. Her warm heart, generous spirit, and unwavering faith will be dearly missed by her family, friends, and fellow congregation members.
Margie lived a full and meaningful life, leaving behind a legacy of warmth and kindness that will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation services will be held at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, located at 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776, on February 2, 2025. Family and friends are invited to attend between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm, and again from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. A Prayer Service will also take place at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes on the same day at 8 pm.
The Committal Service will be held at Cedar Hill Cemetery, located on Liberty Ave, Port Jefferson, NY 11777, on February 3, 2025.
Margie Quinones will be remembered with love and admiration, and her memory will continue to inspire those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
