DEMME, Michael Robert on February 20, 2015 of North Babylon, Long Island. Beloved husband of the late Kathleen Demme. Loving father of Tricia Marsala and her husband, Steven. Cherished grandfather of Trevor and Cole. Dear brother of Joan Rivard and Annemarie Grasso. Dear brother-in-law of Angelo Grasso. Mr. Demme was retired from the New York Transit Police Department after 20 years of service. He was a member of the Ancient Order of the Hibernians and a member of the Knights of Columbus. Funeral will be held on Monday, February 23, 2015, 10:15 am, at the O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, Long Island. Interment will be at Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, Long Island.
