Paul Thomas Mauro

Born on July 24, 1986, in Smithtown, NY, Paul was a loving and devoted son to Paula, who he cherished deeply. He was a cherished brother to Thomas, Joseph and his wife, Nicole, and a proud, doting uncle to his beloved nieces, Emma and Madison. Paul was the adored grandson of Madeline Tramparulo and the late Paul, and the beloved partner of Jaclyn Warren, with whom he shared love, laughter, and companionship.

Paul had the biggest heart — full of warmth, kindness, and generosity. His love for his family knew no bounds, and he found joy in making those around him feel cared for and appreciated. From a young age, Paul showed his gentle spirit and thoughtful nature, surprising his mom by doing the dishes without being asked — just one example of the small, loving gestures that defined him.

A man of many passions, Paul loved immersing himself in the world of X-Men comics and movies, watching classic Mafia films like Goodfellas, and cheering on WWF wrestling, boxing matches, and his favorite football team, the New York Giants. He also found peace and joy in simple pleasures: bird hunting with his uncle, listening to music, and spending time upstate — a place he truly loved.

Paul’s sense of humor, sensitivity, and deep affection for those close to him will never be forgotten. He touched the lives of many and leaves behind a legacy of love, loyalty, and unforgettable memories.

A celebration of Paul’s life will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM at O.B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Highway, Port Jefferson Station, NY 11776. A prayer service will be held during the visitation. Cremation will be private.

Paul’s memory will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
