Rafael Gavilan, age 60, of Lake Ronkonkoma, New York passed away on Wednesday, February 8, 2023.

Beloved son of Candida and the late Juan José. Loving brother of Michael and his wife Michelle. Adored uncle of Marissa, Myles and Mason.

A visitation for Rafael will be held on Saturday, February 11, 2023 from 4-7 PM at O. B. Davis Funeral Homes, 4839 Nesconset Hwy, Port Jefferson Station, New York 11776. Prayer service at 6:30 PM. Cremation Private.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Rafael to the American Cancer Society.
