Bill or Will, I knew them both.
I knew Bill as having the best job at BBDO and yes he did have an Xbox in his office and he did have an expense account. But he hated doing expense reports so he used his expense account as little as possible. I would guess that he made more use of the Xbox. If in fact he had the best job at BBDO it was simply because he was the best guy for the job.
I knew Will because I knew Claudia and got to know Mark and so many other members of his family at the AGP Memorial Scholarship Golf Tournament. It was there where you saw first hand his incredible love for a remarkable family. I don't recall ever being in a foursome that won the Tournament but I do recall feeling like a winner just by being part of the day.
Now, for Bill, it"s all about the memories. For Will it's about memories and so much more..............A David

I was Bill's secretary for 12 yrs at BBDO and I can honestly say he was a great boss. He was patient, kind and always respectful and had a big heart. My fondest memories of him were his infectious laugh and funny stories. Bill always talked about Claudia and Mark. I could tell how much he loved his family and how proud he was of his son. Bill's passing is a huge loss and he will be missed by many. I feel truly blessed to have known such a wonderful man. My condolences and prayers to Claudia, Mark and family. I will never forget you Bill.

Loosing my Dad two years ago was pretty tough, but learning of Bill's passing has left me feeling as if someone sucked the air out of me. I always thought I would get back east one day and have lunch or dinner with Bill and Claudia.  Sadly, I waited too long!
As he was with so many who shared his business space, Bill was my mentor, my boss, my friend, and my NYT Crossword puzzle partner!  
There are few people I consider to be favorites...Bill was one of those few! To say I will miss him doesn't carry nearly enough weight to express my deep feelings at the loss of this precious and special man.
To his wife Claudia and his son Mark...my deepest sympathies.  Know that he loved you two more than life itself!  
He is close...I hear his laughter...take comfort in this.

It's hard to think of a better person than Bill.  Everyone gravitated to him because of his charm.  I was fortunate to work closely with him in 1993 as a young Ad guy trying to learn my way and am grateful his mentorship.  I absorbed his every word and action.  As a young Ad guy, Bill was mesmerizing...bigger than life.  At the offic or with clients or simply celebrating a good days work- Bill's personality brought everyone in.  Bill took the time to teach and reflect on how lucky we were.  He knew how good life was.  Mostly, I remember Bill telling stories about Mark...always.  He was such a proud Dad and husband.  I'm going to miss Bill.  So much of my work life today is defined by Bill's wisdom he shared with me thru the years.  My deepest condolences to Claudia, Mark and the Reinhart family.  Truly a man I will never forget.  Thank you for being you, Rhino...

I had the honor of working for Bill at BBDO/NY for nearly ten years.  There was no better human being.  A true family man, nothing meant more to him than Claudia and Mark.  Bill was respected by both clients and co-workers.  Be it a V.P. or the mailroom clerk, Bill was kind and respectful to all, and made everyone feel instantly at ease with his hearty laugh and easy-going personality. What a wonderful person he was.  He will be sorely missed by all, and though a huge loss, we will always have smiles on our faces when we think of Bill.

I always enjoyed being around Bill. Everyone did. His gift of warm humor and loyalty to his friends was first rate. All of us former BBDO'ers will remember him fondly. Our prayers to Claudia and Mark.

I met Bill through BBDO and always enjoyed working with him!  He was a GREAT GUY... always so much fun!  His passing is a huge loss for many. I will keep Bill's family in my prayers during this very difficult time.

I had the great pleasure of getting to know Bill while working at BBDO together for many years.  Bill had an infectious smile and big hearty laugh, and he always knew how to have a good time.  Always remembered, never forgotten.

I had the pleasure of working for Bill at BBDO for many wonderful years.  Bill was a pillar to all who knew him. Bill struck an imposing figure, but he was as gentle as they come.  No one would miss him if he walked into a room -- he commanded attention and respect.  His clients admired him for his generosity, charm and business sense. His fellow BBDOers respected and admired him.  In social settings, Bill could tell a story like no one else and absolutely captivate his audience.  Bill was like a big player with a soft heart.  I admired this guy tremendously. His loss is everyone's loss.  Bill was a tremendous human being.  We will all miss him desperately. I had the pleasure of getting to know and work with Bill while I was with BBDO.  Wasn't a better guy to be around.  Always, always had the back of those he supervised.  You will be missed.  Many prayers to Bills family.
