Cindy Mae Scott, 50, of Port Lavaca passed away April 26, 2012. She was born August 29, 1961 in Fresno, CA to Thomas Harold Evans and the late Shirly Mae Marsh Evans. She worked at Salem Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Scott of Port Lavaca; daughters, Christina Nettles of Missouri and Jennifer Edwards of Vidalia, LA; step-daughter, Robbi Ane Oldbear from Natchez, MS; step-son, Michael Scott from Natchez, MS; sister, Lynn and Daniel Riddley of TN; brothers, Steven and Mona Evans of Palacios and Waylon Evans of Bridge City and 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will begin Sunday, April 29, 2012 starting at 2 p.m. at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home with a service to be held starting at 7 p.m. with Pastor Dan Zimmerman officiating. Another visitation will be held Tuesday, May 1, 2012 at 10 a.m. at Laird Funeral Home in Natchez, Mississippi with a funeral service to begin at 1 p.m. in their chapel. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Natchez, Mississippi.
