Elsie Joan Clegg
November 23, 2020
Joan, you were a recent dear one to me, meeting you 2 years ago at your 98th birthday at John and Judy`s ranch in Victoria.
I was visiting with Ros Pike, an Australian relative, especially for your birthday celebration. We revisited you for your 99th birthday.
We 3 Australians stayed in the magical 110 year old restored hotel, resited on to the banks of the Guadalupe River bordering John and Judy`s ranch, for 4 memorable, emotional days each visit.
Vivid memories of us sitting in cane rocking chairs listening to your wonderful youthful reminiscences will stay with me forever.
Parting is never easy. This parting is the hardest but remembering your grace is forever the easiest.
Love you Peter
