Esther Marie Apostalo

Esther Marie Apostalo, 90, of Bastrop, TX and formerly of Port O’Connor, TX passed away July 21, 2016. She was born May 6, 1926 in Mansura, LA to the late Arnaud Paul Laborde and Edna Lemoine Laborde. She was a housewife, mother, and loving Nana to her grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. She was a member of the Ascension Catholic Church in Bastrop.

She is survived by her son, John Apostalo (Linda) of Bastrop; grandchildren, Sean Apostalo (Erica) of North Richland Hills, TX, Christopher Apostalo (Logan Mason) of League City, TX, Summer Apostalo of Bastrop and great-grandchildren, Mason Apostalo and Emma Apostalo, and many nieces and nephews. She was a loving Angel to so many and adored by all that knew her.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Henry Apostalo, her parents, and all 9 of her brothers and sisters.

A time of visitation will be held Monday, July 25, 2016 from 9 – 10 a.m. at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home with a Funeral Service beginning at 10 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel with Father Tommy Chen officiating. She will be buried next to her loving husband in Port O’Connor Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Sean Apostalo, Christopher Apostalo, Roy Apostolo Jr., Reed Apostolo, Charlie Johnson, Kelvin Teel and Gary Tate.
