Harold's dad, Anderson, was the brother of my mother, Nita, and Harold and Betty were two of my favorite first cousins. My sister Bobbie Jean and I spent many hours playing in their front yard when they lived in Maryville, TN before moving to Texas where Uncle Anderson was employed by Alcoa Aluminum Co. Aunt Myrl , Harold's mom, always welcomed guests in their home and made them feel special and appreciated. And by the way, she made the best p-nut butter sandwiches in the world!

I wish we could have known Harold's whole family in Texas, but even though we never met, please know that your Tennessee family connections send our warm wishes of comfort and sympathy.

God bless you all.

I didn't know cousin Harold well since he was 12 years older and lived in Texas. I did know Aunt Myrl and Uncle Anderson, however, from their visits back home to TN. Aunt Myrl was always one of my favorite relatives, always cheerful and full of fun.

Know that your TN cousins are thinking of you in this time of loss.
