So sorry to hear of Jack's passing. Many years ago we were neighbors in Port Lavaca, and his sister Margie and I were classmates. God bless and comfort his family. Leonard

Mrs. Burleson,
I did not know of Mr. Burleson's passing until I read the Wave yesterday (30th) when I got home from work. I am so sorry I didn't know. Kyle and I would have been there, of course! We are so sorry for your loss. John was such a kind man. When I told Bayley this morning, she said, "He always had a smile on his face." Our sincerest condolences to you!

We send condolences. A special memory of Jack: After practicing a class play; five of the cast in the front seat of his dad's car, six in back, all noisy and laughing as Jack drove out to the bay and around Garner's pasture. That car had knee action front suspension and really leaned on the turns. The girls squealed like crazy.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
