

Johnnie G. Gregurek “Little John” 62 of Port Lavaca passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2013. He was born May 29, 1951 in El Campo to the late Johnnie P and Dorothy Gregurek. Johnnie enjoyed hunting, going to the casino, and spending time with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Signa Gregurek; daughters, Melissa Hall (Lloyd), Michelle Stransky (Stetson) all of Port Lavaca; grandkids, Steffa Hall, Paige Penney, Meggan Hall, John David Blevins (JD), Preston Jowers; great-grandchild, Brylie Penney and his four legged friend Buster. He is also survived by sisters, Sharon Estes of Arkansas, Connie Carter (Rickie) of Missouri, Kathryn Nami (Billy) of Cuero and Patricia Gregurek of Houston; brother, Dennis Gregurek (Betty) of Waco and numerous nieces and nephews.
A time of visitation will be held from 5 to 7 pm on Friday at the Richardson Colonial Funeral Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm on Saturday at the Richardson Colonial Funeral Home. Burial with full military honors by the Calhoun County Joint Honor Guard will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Nathan Jedlicka, Paco Cobb, Robert Judd, Vencil Jedlicka, Kenny Darliek and Marty Cobb. Honorary Pallbearers will be Steffa Hall, Paige Penney, Meggan Hall, JD Blevins, Preston Jowers, Brylie Penney and Stephen Peoples.
