Kathryn was my grandma's best friend (Ethel Tanner). I always wondered why my grandma called her "Emma". Her and Jr were great. I loved watching him make things with wood in his shop, and I remember spending the night with them as a kid. I remember she liked having garage sales too. She was a very sweet lady, and I'll always remember her.
