Mary Gloria Dunmon

Mary Dunmon, 75, of Port Lavaca passed away December 5, 2015. She was born July 9, 1940 in Port Lavaca to the late Leon and Dorothy Lee Learry Washington. She was a retired School Bus driver for CCISD and a member of Faith Temple Church in Edna.

She is survived by her daughters, Martha Thompson, Irene Thompson, Alice Gaither and Linda Thompson; sons, Randy Thompson and Stanley Washington; sisters, Norma Etheridge, Lillie (Louis) Williams, Hattie Pierce, Beverly Robertson, Celeste Gross, Cheryl Carrol and Cynthia Smith; brothers, James Bishop and Steve Bishop; 19 grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; 3 sisters; one brother; daughter, Gloria Mae and stillborn baby.

Visitation was held Wednesday, December 9, 2015 from 7-9 p.m. at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be Thursday, December 10, 2015 at 11 a.m. at Temple of Faith Church, 419 Colorado St., Port Lavaca with Rev. E.C. Stewart officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Gardens.

Pallbearers are Randy Thompson, Steve Butler, Mitchell Thomas, Henry Hall, Stanley Washington Jr. and Ezekiel Washington.
