Pamela Anne Mayfield

Port Lavaca - Pamela Anne Friedrich Mayfield passed away on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012 in Corpus Christi, TX. She was born May 28, 1972 and is survived by her daughters, Jacalynn, Chelsea, and Emma Mayfield. Parents Norma and David Friedrich, brother Steven Friedrich and wife Tara, nieces Sydnie and Addie Friedrich. Her ex-husband Todd Mayfield, fiance Herbert "Pete" Ritenour and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. After reaching adulthood Pam became acquainted with her birth mother, Cheri Carter of Minnesota and the children of Cherie who all survive Pam.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers Pearl Petrich and Beatrice Friedrich and niece Sadie Friedrich.

Many extended family members and friends will remember Pam for the beautiful person she was and her dazzling smile. Also mourning her loss are the residents of Mission 911 where she had worked as office manager for the past 18 months. Among her many duties was conducting classes on "Bridging the Gap from Poverty". A program she was very proud of. Visitation will be held 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Thursday, Jan. 19, 2012 at Richardson Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Friday Jan. 20, 2012 at First Baptist Church in Port Lavaca. Burial will follow at Greenlawn Gardens Cemetery.
