Ryan Michael Saldivar, 27, of Port Lavaca passed away February 2, 2014. He was born October 4, 1986 in Port Lavaca to Gloria A. Saldivar. He graduated from Calhoun High School in 2005. He was a former employee at Formosa Plastic and currently worked as a cook for Jerry at Cathy’s.
He is survived by his mother, Gloria A. Saldivar; brother, Ross Michael Saldivar; half brothers, Robert Morin Jr., Richard Morin, Rey Morin, Ralph Morin and half sisters, Percela Sanchez (Roland), Jessica Morin and Roxy Morin.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jesus and Fransica Saldivar and Simona Anguino.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, February 5, 2014 from 5-7 p.m. at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home with a rosary to follow at 7 p.m.. Funeral Mass will be held Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 10 a.m. at Our Lady of the Gulf Catholic Church.
Pallbearers are John Eric Cortez, Joseph Rodriguez, James Rodriguez, Zachary Gonzales, Victor Venecia, Justin Morales and Justin Barefield.
Honorary Pallbearers are Miranda Wilson, Ross Michael Saldivar, Michael Padron, Zach Herrera, Benjamin Striedel and Justin Monroe Osborn.
