Servando Solis Villarreal, 93, of Port Lavaca, TX passed away April 5, 2018. He was born March 4, 1925 in Santa Elena, TX to Eduardo and Macaria Solis Villarreal. He was a member of the Iglesia de Cristo and a retired operator with Alcoa.

He is survived by his wife Dora Garza Villarreal; daughters: Linda (Rolando) Reyes, Noemi (Javier) Cruz, and Rachel (Bryan) Holsey, all of Port Lavaca; sons: Ernest (Vera) Villarreal and Homar (Mary Ellen) Villarreal, both from Lake Jackson, TX; sister, Lila Olivarez of Edinburg, TX; 11 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Eduardo and Macaria Villarreal; son, Sixto Villarreal; sisters, Zoila Longoria and Socorro Trevino; and brother, Eduardo Villarreal.

Visitation will be Sunday, April 8, 2018 from 5-7 p.m. at Richardson-Colonial Funeral Home with a Prayer Service following from 7-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be at 9 a.m. on Monday, April 9, 2018 in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be at 1:30 p.m. at the Villarreal Family Cemetery in Rachal, TX.

Pallbearers are Homar Ray Villarreal, Caleb Villarreal, Jacob Villarreal, Joshua Reyes, Zachary Cruz, and Andrew Holsey. Honorary Pallbearers are Cesar Reyna and the members of the Ingle de Cristo.

Special thanks to Cesar Reyna, Gloria Saldivar, Clara Garcia, Lesvia Delgado, Texas Home Health, and Hospice of South Texas for all their care, kindness and love.
