Vicente de la Garza, Jr. 88 of Port Lavaca passed away February 24, 2016. He was born February 10, 1928 in Laredo, Texas to the late V.J. and Josefina Margarita Ramirez de la Garza. Vicente was a member of Our Lady of The Gulf Catholic Church. Before retirement he worked alongside his father in the family business, The Economy Store. Vicente is survived by his brother Victor M. de la Garza of Port Lavaca and his cousins from Laredo. Graveside services will be held at 1 pm on Monday, February 29, 2016 at the Laredo City Cemetery in Laredo, Texas. Richardson Colonial Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. 361-552-2988
