She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years LaMarce W Vaughan; parents Gordon (Rocky) Mountain and Marion Powell Mountain Northrop; sisters Janet Mountain Kwallek, Mary Jo Mountain Clary and Sarah Anne Mountain Powell.
She is survived by her daughter Deana Feagle (Tim Hiles); granddaughters Jessica Smith and Amber Masterson along with nephews Brian Clary, Brad Clary and Jeff Clary.
Alice was born in Beloit, Wisconsin, and moved from Rockford, Illinois, to Port Orange, Florida, almost 50 years ago. Alice enjoyed working for the Volusia County Library System as a children's librarian for 10 years with 1000s of hours of volunteer work, in addition to her job and after retirement. In her early years she worked as a bank teller. She also enjoyed reading, bowling, knitting, traveling, playing Bridge, and Women's Clubs.
