B.F. Harahan , 78, passed away August 5,2013 at Florida Hospital Memorial Medical Center. He was born in NYC on July 2, 1935 son of Margaret (Cassidy) and Bernard Harahan. He was graduate of Fordham University and was a Human Resoures manager for Ingersoll Rand. A proud father and grandfather he will always be remembered for his quiet nature. B.F. has been a resident of Volusia County since 1997. He enjoyed sports and was an avid N.Y. Ranger and Dodger fan. Besides his parents he is predeceased by his wife Sheila who passed away in 2011. Left to cherish his memory are his sons; Gregory, Michael, Brian and Mark; daughter Sheila Bekker and four grandchildren. At his request services will be private.
