Barbara Foreman, 74, of Port Orange passed away May 14, 2012. She was born in Hartford, CT and was a devoted wife and mother. After raising her children she worked various part time jobs until her retirement I 1995 when she moved with her husband to Port Orange Florida. She and her husband Benjamin H. Foreman were together for 54 years of wedded bliss. Besides her husband she is survived by five children; Deborah Kingsley and Wendy Foreman of Ormond Beach; Pamela Foss of Port Orange; Philip Foreman of Vernon, CT and Dennis Foreman of Tolland, CT.; two sisters Diane Gavello of Flagler and Shirley Chartier of Tolland, CT. ; eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. At the family’s request the services will be private. Arrangements are under the care and direction of Volusia Memorial, Port Orange.
