Billie Clevenger 71, of Port Orange FL passed away Saturday, 12/ 5/2015 at Halifax Health in Daytona Beach. She was born in Huntsville Alabama daughter of the late Carline and Oscar Collins. Billie grew up in Florida and was a graduate of Mainland High School. She was employed as a food service manager for the Volusia County School system and the State of Florida Division of the Blind until her retirement several years ago. Her family will always remember her as a devoted and loving mother and a great friend. Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Theresa Baer; grandchildren Morgan Baer, Dustin Baer, Chris Loiacono, Kyle Shearer and Michael Shearer. Her daughter Jeanean Shearer and brother Bobby Lee Collins predeceased her. At Billie's request services will be private.
