Dad read these words at his daughter's weddings and his granddaughter’s weddings. He lived these words daily. He has given all of his family and friends the gift of unconditional love. We have all been very blessed to have had him in our lives. And so thankful love of God has continued from generation to generation.
I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am in. I know both how to have a little, and I know how to have a lot. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being content- whether well fed or hungry, whether in abundance or in need, I am able to do all things through Him who strengthens me.
Phillippians 4:11-13
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered. It keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always preserves.
Corinthians 13:4-7
"He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or sorrow or crying or pain. All these things are gone forever."
Revelation 21:4
