We remember Dorothy as a good and caring neighbor; a lovely lady who we shall miss seeing as we have for a few months now. Many years ago we enjoyed her company for an occasional coffee and a chat.

Our condolences to the family.

Aunt Dot was one of the kindest and most caring person anyone will ever meet. I remember my first thanksgiving not spending it with my family, I was cooking a big dinner by myself. Everything was done and nobody was on time, I was kind of freaking out and feeling very lonely. I called her house to talk to my mother but she heard my voice and asked what was wrong. I tearfully told her how wrong my day was and that I missed everyone. She calmly told me no dinner party will ever go the way you think and that I should turn the oven down low and pour myself a small drink. She was right by the time everyone finally got there I was much calmer and no one even realized the turkey was a tad dry. I just made a little extra gravy. But every time I had a party after that I always remembered her advice and things never go smoothly but they are always ok. Heaven has surely gained another Angel. Love and hugs to all, Aunt Dot will definitely be missed Love Joanne
