He is survived by his daughter, Joni (Helmich) Visscher; two sons, Carl and Paul (Sandi) Visscher; 10 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and several nieces and nephews. Frank was predeceased by his wife, Donna; and siblings, Herm Visscher and Gertrude Matthewson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Port Orange Presbyterian Church. A light reception will be held after the service.
