Hanna Catherine Price

Hanna Catherine Price, 38, passed away on July 17, 2026, at AdventHealth Daytona Beach. Born on June 13, 1988, in Key West, Florida, Hanna moved to Edgewater with her family in 1992 and made the community her home.

Hanna was a devoted wife to her husband, Mark Price, and a loving mother to their two children, Hunter, 20, and Scarlett, 17. She is also survived by her father, Linwood Travis Twyman; her mother, Pauline Twyman; and her sister, Cassandra Johnson.

Hanna earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management from Daytona State College. She worked previously as an office manager for Steel Masters Inc. and most recently served as a payroll specialist with the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office. She brought the same kindness, dedication, and positive spirit to her work that she brought to every other part of her life.

Hanna loved traveling, reading, knitting, cross-stitching, and crocheting. She enjoyed country and pop music, and Iceland held a special place among her favorite destinations. Her favorite animal was the hippopotamus, closely followed by the octopus, a detail that those who loved her will always fondly remember.

If asked to describe an angel, those who knew Hanna might say she came as close as anyone could. She brightened people’s days and made every room feel lighter simply by being in it. Her positive attitude and loving demeanor were apparent to everyone she met. Hanna was kind, caring, respectful, and deeply loving. She made the people around her feel that, with her beside them, there was nothing they could not do.

Hanna will be laid to rest at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery.
