Joseph L. Tucker, 91, of Port Orange passed away March 23, 2012. He was born September 1, 1920, in Detroit Michigan son of the late Mary and Joseph Tucker. Mr. Tucker was a retired banker and realtor who moved to this area 27 years ago from Michigan. He honorably served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Our Lady of Hope Ministry, Lions Club, and Port Orange Retiree’s. He is predeceased by his wife Mary, his son Robert and brother, Ernest. Left to cherish his memory is his son Kenneth and his wife Mary, grandsons Ken and Bill, and sister Helen Molnar. Friends may call Tuesday 6-8 pm at Volusia Memorial Funeral Home 4815 Clyde Morris Blvd. Port Orange. Graveside services will be held Wednesday 10:00am at Volusia Memorial Park 550 N. Nova Rd.
